Our Commitment
At Aivorei, every product is built to deliver real, actionable value. We stand behind our work. If something isn't right โ a product wasn't delivered, doesn't match its description, or has a technical issue we can't resolve โ we will make it right.
Because all Aivorei products are digital and delivered instantly, we evaluate refund requests individually and fairly. We do not issue automatic refunds, and we do not issue refunds simply because a buyer did not use or implement the product.
When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
โ Eligible circumstances include:
- Product not delivered โ You completed payment but never received your download link or file within 24 hours
- Wrong product delivered โ You received a product different from what you purchased
- Significant technical defect โ The file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing substantial content that cannot be resolved
- Product materially misrepresented โ The product content is significantly different from what was described on the sales page
- Duplicate charge โ You were charged more than once for the same product
All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
โ Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind โ You decided you no longer want the product after purchasing
- Failure to implement โ You purchased the product but did not use or apply it
- Results not achieved โ Business outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Not achieving a specific result is not grounds for a refund
- Product already downloaded โ Once a digital product has been downloaded and accessed, refunds are generally not available outside of the eligible circumstances above
- Dissatisfaction with style or format โ Stylistic preferences or format preferences are not defects
- Purchased in error โ Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. "I bought the wrong product" is not eligible
- Outside the 30-day window โ Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible
- Bundle purchases โ Bundles are non-refundable once downloaded. Individual products within a bundle are not refundable separately
- The Aivorei Ecosystem Bible โ Enterprise Edition โ Due to the nature and scope of enterprise products, all sales are final
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, follow these steps:

Include your full name, the email used at checkout, the product name, your order/receipt number, and a clear description of the issue.

Allow 2โ3 business days for review
We review every request personally. We may follow up with questions or offer a resolution before processing a refund.

Refund processed if approved
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Aivorei may result in the permanent loss of access to all Aivorei products and services. We resolve issues directly and fairly โ give us the chance to help first.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Aivorei, we reserve the right to:
- Contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and acceptance of terms
- Permanently revoke your access to all Aivorei products and services
- Report fraudulent chargeback attempts to relevant authorities
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Purchasing a digital product, downloading it, and then filing a chargeback is theft and will be treated as such.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices are in USD. Promotional prices, discount codes, and bundle pricing are final at the time of purchase. If you purchase a product at full price and a discount is offered shortly after, we do not retroactively apply discounts or issue partial refunds for price differences.
